Imej Parking Sdn Bhd commenced operations in Jan 1992 and registered with Ministry of Finance as a Bumiputra contractor. The core business of the Company is to provide traffic consultancy and car park management services.

IP had also entered into joint ventures with Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) through the latter's wholly owned subsidiary TTDI Development Sdn Bhd and Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Berhad (KDEB), to provide its professional services to PNB and KDEB for the management of the car parks under their respective group of companies.

Currently, we are managing more than 57 car park projects comprising an aggregate of 40,000 parking bays covering shopping complexes, hotels, office buildings, hospital and open-air car parks.

IP through it wholly owned subsidiary company has a variety of car parking equipment to offer, ranging from the lower end basic equipment to the high tech ones to suit the requirements of each and every individual landlord. Some of these systems can even be integrated with the Building Management System (iBMS) and enables the automation of Management & Monitoring of the operations of the car park.

IP also provide Maintenance servicing of car park equipment. The Car Park Technical Division comprises of a group of highly trained personnel. Currently we have nine (9) well-trained service Technicians and Engineers with various educational backgrounds and experience to handle all kinds of breakdown. They are able to be on site on short notice in order to rectify any technical related problems. With the availability of ample spare parts, equipment "down-time" can be minimized and this in return reduces any possible potential "pilferage" related problems and inconveniences that may be experienced by the car park operations personnel.

IP has been involved in many car park equipment installations throughout Malaysia, which includes Shopping Complexes, Hotel, Office Buildings, etc. IP was also involved in the supply, installation and commissioning of a new Car Park System for Kuala Lumpur International Airport Berhad (KLIA) and Petronas Twin Tower (KLCC) covering a total of over 3,000 and 6,000 parking bays respectively.

Apart from the above we also provide the supply of parking tickets, proximity pass cards & readers and long range tag system, reserved parking poles, static and variable signages, LED Matrix Message Boards, occupancy monitoring system, car clamps and gate arms. In short, IP is a one stop center for all car park related requirement.

During 2003 IP secured 8-year contract to supply and install a high-tech car park excess system and operate 9 buildings belonging to Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) throughout the country.

IP was also appointed as a Car Park Consultant in respect of design development and car park equipment and tender for "The Curve" Mutiara Damansara Car Park project by Mutiara Rini Sdn Bhd (a member of the Boustead Group). This project consists of joint developments by Tesco, Ikea, Cathay Organisation and "The Curve" (retail & office) and has an aggregate of approximately 6,000 parking bays. IP was also appointed as the car park consultant for the Cathay Cineleisure car park project at Damansara consisting of about 1000 bays, a joint venture between Cathay Singapore and the Boustead Group.

The business philosophy of IP is to professionally manage car parks and optimise the utilisation of parking spaces available so as to enhance maximum return of car park revenue to building owners.
