Panetra Parking Services Sdn Bhd formerly known as Panetra Imej Parking Sdn Bhd was incorporated in October 1996.  Being earlier owned 60% by TTDI Development, a subsidiary of Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) and 40% by Imej Parking Sdn Bhd, it's formation strives on providing an exclusive  car park management services to all buildings and property under the wing of PNB.

A wind of change take place in mid 2006 when Imej Parking took over PNB's equity and become a sole owner of  Panetra Parking Services Sdn Bhd. Panetra Parking focus on providing a professional parking management services to all property owners with technical experts and latest parking technology. Panetra Parking strives on the concept of meeting the owners' needs, serving car park users better and maximize return.
